Booking your wedding / event flowers Having discussed your wedding/event requirements and date with myself, I will happily provisionally book your date and requirements whilst you finalise your arrangements. Within 14 days of placing your provisional booking I will send you a quote for your requirements. I will then require a deposit (non – refundable) to secure the date of your wedding. The quote given is only valid for one month until the deposit has been received. Wedding flowers booked with more than 12 months notice £25.00 deposit Wedding flowers booked with less than 12 months notice £50.00 deposit One month before your wedding / event Becci will contact you to discuss the final arrangements and a final invoice will be sent. The final balance is due a minimum of 2 weeks before the wedding / event Terms and conditions 1) The deposit is non-refundable. 2) Any items hired from Flowers by Becci such as glass vases are subject to a £10.per item hire fee. When the glasses are returned or collected intact, this deposit will be refunded. (Not applicable when flowers have been supplied with the vases) 3) All balances will need to be paid in full at least two weeks before the required date. 4) All deposits and balances must be paid by either cash or cheque made payable to Flowers by Becci and are non - refundable. 5) Due to seasonal availability and quality. Substitute flowers sometimes need to be used other than those detailed in the quote, when this happens Becci will find the nearest alternative flower. Every effort will be made to ensure flowers are at their optimine state ie, Lilies are open. However from time to time this is not possible.
